Kings Of Convenience adalah sebuah band indie asal norwegia yang terdiri oleh dua personil yaitu Eirik Glambek boe, dan Erland Oye, mereka membawakan lagu beralirkan folk dan jazz, serta pawai dalam bermain gitar dan piano..lagunya sangat easy listening dan relatif mudah dicerna, tidak hanya melagukan tema percintaan melainkan pertemanan dan kehidupan di sekeliling mereka,lagunya sangat simple kalo bagi saya pribadi,

Mereka mulai kariernya pada sekitar tahun 2000, yang saya tau single nya pada album pertama Quit is the new loud adalah failure yang di buat di bergen norwegia, tempat di besarkannya eirik..dari tahun 2000 sampai sekarang tahun 2009 mereka sudah menelorkan 3 album, album yang paling fenomenal adalah album tahun 2004 yang berjudul riot on empty street yang didalamnya berisikan single - single keren seperti contohnya Missread,caymand island,homesick dan I'd rather dance with you,,semuanya keren2


dan tahun 2008-2009 mereka kembali mengeluarkan album,single terbarunya Mrs.cold,boat behind dan fredom is own,serta single yang bernamakan album sebelunya yaitu riot on empty street..lagu teranyar dari KOC ini masih diputar di radio - radio kawasan eropa sana, seperti di italia contonya,
